Community-Based

Albright LIFE is a community-based program that uses a care team approach to provide participants with medical, social, nutritional, and rehabilitative services at our LIFE Center and, when necessary, in the participant's home. Albright LIFE  makes it possible for elderly individuals to live independently in the place they call home for as long as they can safely do so.

In addition to the medical clinic, our Center serves as a pleasant meeting place and provides excellent opportunities for social interaction and engaging activities, such as art classes, ethnic and cultural activities, board/card games, as well as group outings to events. We also offer a lunch service that gives our participants the nutrition they need to maintain a healthy diet and the opportunity to socialize.
